Throughout my life and career, I have learned that growth rarely happens when everything is easy. The most meaningful transformation often comes during periods of uncertainty, challenge, and change.
Like many of the leaders and organizations I work with today, I have experienced moments that required courage, resilience, and the willingness to embrace a new direction. Those experiences taught me the importance of self-discovery, authentic leadership, and staying focused on what matters most.
Over the past two decades, I have had the privilege of serving in executive leadership, higher education, nonprofit management, public service, and transportation. From leading organizations and managing complex initiatives to securing grant funding, developing strategic plans, and facilitating community engagement efforts, I have spent my career helping people and organizations move forward with purpose.
That belief became the foundation of Higher Climb Consulting.
I believe success is not defined solely by reaching a destination. It is found in the decisions we make, the obstacles we overcome, and the growth that occurs along the journey. Whether I am helping an organization develop a strategic plan, guiding leaders through change, or facilitating conversations about the future of artificial intelligence, my goal is the same: to help people move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Today, my work focuses on helping organizations strengthen leadership, navigate change, engage communities, and prepare for the opportunities and challenges that emerging technologies bring. While innovation continues to reshape our world, I remain committed to a simple belief: technology may shape the future, but people will always drive it.
The climb may not always be easy, but it is often where we discover our greatest strengths.
